BUILDING
ARTICLE VII
- Only single family homes with attached garages of 2-4 stalls.
- Single floor homes must be at least 1,500 sq. ft.
- No homes more than 2 stories.
- Two story homes must be at least 2,000 sq. ft.
- All buildings must be within the building envelop (shaded area on plan) unless an owner owns a contiguous lot they intend to build on within their building envelop.
- All construction must be completed within 18 months from start.
- Only 1 outbuilding on each A parcel.
- Out lots (A parcels) are as marked on the plan and cannot be moved.
GENERAL USE
ARTICLE VII, SEC. 8
- No mobile home, trailer, camping trailer, tent, tree house, shack, double-wide, or temporary structure can be placed on any lot.
- No trailers, trucks, boats, snowmobiles, aircraft, commercial vehicles or RV can be on a lot except for loading and unloading, unless inside a garage or outbuilding.
- No one may have more than 2 dogs or cats.
- Dog yards / runs must be attached to the house and in the backyard.
- No firearm, air rifle, pellet gun, BB gun can be discharged on the property.
