Price, Up-North feel, and the body of water led us to purchase at Birchwood Shores

After looking at property for several years, Brian and Crystal purchased property in Birchwood Shores because of “price and that it’s close to town”. Being only 1.5 miles from Rhinelander they knew they would have easy access to shops, restaurants, hospitals, and those activities and amenities that a nearby town provides. Since Brian occasionally works in the area he was extremely familiar with Rhinelander and happy to find such a great lake property so near to a place he routinely visits. Brian says he really likes the “easy lake access and being able to boat lakes and the Wisconsin River within the same water way.”

When asked about owning at Birchwood Shores Brian responded that “Everytime we’ve been up there we’ve seen bald eagles, deer, and on one occasion a bear and her two cubs.”

In closing, Brian wanted to share his experiences working with TFM by saying TFM had “Good follow through and knowledgeable people.”

Another lot sold, only 2 lakefront lots left…

With 7 of the original 9 lakefront lots now sold, there are only 2 premier lakefront lots left.   They average over 1.6 acres in size with 250′ plus of lake frontage.  Both lots will be part of the Liquidation Sale on June 4th where we are also selling the last couple off water lots for as little as $19,900.  Ask us how you can receive a free off water lot by purchasing a lakefront lot this Saturday.
